We examine together with you the appropriate way to finance the acquisition: own resources, loans, support from the government, ... We also examine the financial feasibility, the tax consequences, ...

Finalising
Finally also to the acquisition itself there is often need for external assistance: manage the stocks, (re)structuring of the new organization, follow the liquidity, ... Here too, we serve you.
